Hi Tom. Would you kindly nominate one of your group to act as a representative for the departure of the group on Saturday? The nominated rep will need to give me his/her mobile number and I shall pass onto him/her the driver's name and mobile number.
The coach (Sussex Country Coaches) will collect all 14 passenters (one lady has already gone) from Stanmer Court Residences at 13.00 hours on Saturday 2 August to take the group to LHA to catch flight from Terminal 2 departing at 17.35.
PLEASE REMIND ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP THAT THEY MUST BE READY TO LEAVE ON TIME AT 13.00
